Please check out our rules page before filling in an application form! Wrestler Name:* Only original wrestlers please. This will also be the username you use to register in the Forums. Hometown:* This bit is just for your introductions. Easy so far? Height:* This part is just so we can have a picture in our minds of just how big your wrestler is. Weight:* Same as above, but please, try to keep it realistic. This part will also be used in your introductions. Entrance Theme:* The song that accompanies your wrestler down to the ramp. Only real songs allowed, and try not to use one that’s used by a real wrestler… or one of ours. Check the Active and Inactive rosters. Entrance Style:* This is exactly how your wrestler goes to the ring… match writers will copy and past this into your match, so be specific. But also, remember that UcW is a small, independent Promotion, that works in small arenas and bingo halls, so please, no pyro and no “video packages.” We have no Titantron or similar. Ring Attire:* What your wrestler wears to the ring, to compete. You know, the stuff they get paid to do :P Appearance:* What does your wrestler look like? Hair colour, eyes colour, etc etc. And hey, why not slap in your chosen Pic Base here too… but remember to check our Active and Inactive rosters. Wrestling Style:* Every wrestler has a style. Brawler, high-flyer, submission expert etc. Which is yours? And please, no 400lb high flyers! This is to help the match writers get your character right. Regularly Used Moves:* This is a small list (10 moves Maximum) that your wrestler will use in every match, that he knows well. This isn’t the whole moves list, but just the ones we are more likely to see. Trademark moves:* Those moves with just that little bit more “oomph”, to knock your opponent silly… but never quite end the match. Give them original names to fit your character, and a description. Limit of 4. Finisher(s):* 99% of the time, this move will end the match, either by pinfall or forcing a submission. Give them original names to fit your character, and a description. Limit of 2. Brief Bio:* What led to your character joining UcW? What have they done before hand? What is there history? Put it all here, the more the better. Manager Name: Does your wrestler have a manager or valet? Put it here. Manager info: Just a brief history of your manager, not too long as they are only secondary. Do you have a Picture Base? Check the Active and Inactive rosters. How did you find us?:* We just pretty much want to know who tipped you off to UcW. That’s all. Other stuff: I’m sure there’s a hundred other things you can put on a Profile, so if you want to add it, add it. The above is the bare minimum I, and the match writers, require. At UcW, we don’t ask for a Sample Role-play, as this Application Form is enough for us. If you are accepted, we will require at least one RP on the Development Board before you are scheduled a match.
